Note (Additional information about the record)
- The original enfeoffment was licensed on 16 July 1297. The Flanders campaign lasted from August 1297 until March 1298, and the petition presumably dates to some point shortly after the campaign's return. Robert was pardoned on 10 April 1303 for acquiring Dunston without licence from Norman de Arcy.
