Richard de la Hawe, late constable of Oxford Castle, complains that he has been in prison for three years at the suit of the former king because he and others held Oxford Castle against Walter de Gloucester, and for the escape of Alice Droys. All the others have been pardoned by the former king, but he still remains in prison.

It seems to the council [illegible].And the king has pardoned him, and let a writ [be sent] to Roger Brabazon.
