Nature of request
The petitioners request writs of seisin for the lands formerly held in chief by sergeanty by Henry de Edmundesthorp, father of Alice and Pania, on the day of his death. Proofs of age have been taken and returned, and they ask that their fealty be taken so that the writs may be issued.
Nature of endorsement
Render seisin of the lands by faithful men, and allow respite of the homage until the quindene of Easter, but before the heirs are admitted to perform fealty their ages should be proved.

Note
The escheator was ordered to make a division of Edmundesthorp's lands on 8 November 1306, after their fealty had been taken.
