- Alexander de Auno states that he once owed a debt of £24 15s to Jospin, a Jew, which he then re-paid. A deed was issued and given to Salisbury, but Salisbury is now dead, the deed cannot be found, and Jospin is again pursuing him for payment. He requests an enquiry into this matter, and that he be acquitted from the debt if it is found that he has paid.

- An agreement regarding the repayment of a debt between Auno and Solomon was made on 10 January 1271, while the petitioner appears to have died by 1278 (CCR 1272-9, p.456). Presumably the petition also dates to this period.
