Nicholas Ferinbaud, parson of West Thurrock, parcel of the free chapel of Hastings, requests that no writs of arrest be issued towards him or his people in connection with the sentence passed against him in the Archbishop's last visitation of Essex at the suit of William, as an appeal is pending in the court of Rome.
