Nature of request
John Stiward requests remedy regarding debts owed to him by Spyxworth. He states that he had been unable to bring a suit due to letters of protection issued to Spyxworth, in anticipation of him serving the king under Lardener, and that when these were revoked Spyxworth then changed the date on the letters, and finally gave all his goods to Charryngworth in order to prevent Stiward having restitution.
