Nature of request
The Duke of York requests letters patent granting assignment and payment of various sums due to him from the king, to be taken after the sums already assigned to him.
Nature of endorsement
On 5 June in the fourth year, being present in the council the Archbishop of Canterbury, the chancellor, Treasurer, the Bishop of Rochester, the Keeper of the Privy Seal, Lords Roos, Willoughby, and Lovell, T. Erpingham, J. Cheyne and A Savage, it was agreed that the assignments be made in these ports to the duke by letters patent under the great seal for the sums owed to him, without prejudice to the Duke of any assignments to be made in these ports.
