- On 21 January in the king's first year, safe conduct was granted in the requested form for one year, with the proviso that they will not use this to bring any goods of the king's enemies into the realm or any other lordship, etc. Proven at the Friars Preachers, the Lords of Gloucester, Winchester, London, March, Tiptoft, the chancellor, treasurer and Keeper of the Privy Seal.
