The petitioner requests letters of safe conduct for a year, during the truce between the king and the Duke of Brittany.

On 30 October in the king's sixth year, it is agreed by the council that the petitioner may have letters of safe-conduct to unload his ship etc., and to return to Brittany, and for his sailors, for one month.
