Nature of request
John de Folkyngham requests that the king summon Page and others before him to explain their actions regarding their attempt to make the chapel of Newton Harcourt, appurtenant to his church of Wistow, into a parochial church. He states that they have purchased a bill from the Pope on this matter, against the petitioner's will and to the damage of him, his church and the king.

They shall have a day in Chancery in the quindene of Easter.
