William and Katherine Upton request remedy against Robert, parson of Clanfield, who had the King's writ to appear before the council on a certain day for various maintenances and extortions done in the manor of Limbourne, because after receiving the writ he, Wayte, Jugeler, Worther, Jurdan and others entered the said manor with force and arms and imprisoned Katherine for three days without food and drink.
