Nature of request
Trussell requests release from imprisonment in the Tower of London, since he has made fine to the King for his trespass, grace to the party, and found surety of peace in the Chancery as ordered by writ.
Nature of endorsement
It was agreed that because he has made grace to the party, found sufficient surety in the Chancery to pay the King £20 for his fine and found surety of his good behaviour towards the King and his people in future on pain of 500 marks, the petitioner should have the charters and writs necessary for his release.
