- Trussell, who has been under arrest in the Tower of London for six weeks, requests that he can come before the council and submit himself to the King's grace, and that in the meantime he be granted bail.

- He should make grace to the party and fine to the King in the Chancery and also find sufficient surety of his good behaviour towards the King and his people in future, and thereon he should be released from prison to go where he pleases.
