Nature of request
Vyncheles requests that he be granted the bailiwick of Jersey for life since during the wars he was so ruined and destroyed by the French in the defence of Jersey that he cannot maintain his estate.

He should have the office of the bailiwick of Jersey as of the King's fee if it pleases the King, taking the wages and fees belonging to the office.
