Nature of request
Sperham, who is under age, requests a special assize directed to Kirkton and Hanmere so that he can recover his manor of Handsacre, from which he was recently disseised with force and arms by Sulny and his companions.
Nature of endorsement
Because it was witnessed that the disseisin was made recently and that the defendant was not in the King's service or ordered to go on the expedition overseas, the petitioner shall have a special assize as requested.
