- Grene requests that whereas Edward III granted £10 yearly for life to Tilneye, who before his death was so ill that he was bedridden for over half a year, and for all this time and before had lived on nothing except what the petitioner gave and loaned him, including a loan of over 5 marks for which she hoped to be repaid £10, because of which loan she has now been impeached and will be imprisoned, that she be granted a writ of liberate for the said 5 marks.
