Spynel and Nygre request that whereas Spynel and Etalian loaded at Middleburgh 86 tuns of wine and 130 pieces of iron belonging to the petitioners on a ship called the Pelegryn, which was blown by storm to Plymouth where they were made to pay all customs, and which was then arrested by the admiral's lieutenant, that their said 86 tuns of wine and 130 pieces of iron be delivered to them in London, without any more custom being paid.
