- Cantyrau requests letters directed to the seneschal of Guyenne and the mayor and constable of Bordeaux ... to prohibit the abbot of St Croix from demanding revenues from the petitioner since Scrope granted him the rents [and revenues] of St Croix of Bordeaux for his wages and service, which gift was made to him by virtue of a grant which the archbishop of Bordeaux [made to] Scrope [of the abbey of St Croix], vacant by the death of Salamon.
