The Duchess and Countess of Norfolk requests remedy against Foun, Clere, Curson, Newton, Newman, Newman, atte Park, Anstas, Child, Cok, Smith, Kenelyn, Baxter, Osgot, Kenelyn, Bocher and Cosyn, who on the Tuesday after the feast of St Katherine last, at the instigation of Massingham and atte Assh, came to the petitioner's manor of Forncett with force and arms and attacked Bonhome and took the petitioner's evidences.
