Inquisition taken at Lincoln before Thirnyng and Tirwhyt, by virtue of Richard II's writ and Askeby's petition, and with Askeby present before them, on the oaths of Bryan, Proctor, Walsham, Walesby, North, Warde, Feriby, Horne, Routh, Raulyn, Irford and Chamber who say on their oath that Kelby, Fisher and Kelby named in the petition are in no way guilty of the trespass specified in the petition.
