Cornewaill requests that whereas by the King's letters patent he was granted the lands and marriages of Alice and Joan Cergeaux, and afterwards Dynham committed distresses both in the manors where the petitioner's wife was and in the lands belonging to Alice and Joan, where they were kept without food and a great number of cattle killed, and Dynham wants the petitioner to pay him £50, that a writ be directed to Dynham to appear before the council in the third week of Easter to answer to the King and the petitioner, on pain of £200.
