Gyffoun requests remedy against Pensax who imprisoned him from the thirty-second to the fifty-first years of the Edward III's reign (1358-77), wasted and destroyed his lands and tenements, took the deeds and charters touching his inheritance, and will not allow him to enter his lands until he pays Pensax 5 marks.
