Nature of request
Writ of Richard II ordering Nevill, on pain of 1000 marks, to appear before the King and council on the quinzaine of Easter next to answer to the claim that he, with a multitude of armed men, went to the lands of Dexter and ousted him, wrongly disseised him, took his goods and chattels found there worth 500 marks and threatened to kill him.
