Nature of request
Writ of Richard II on behalf of Walden, who stated by petition that while Windsor was governor of Cherbourg he lent gold and victuals to Auston and other lieutenants and soldiers there for which he still has not been repaid, ordering Auston to appear before the King and council in the Chancery on the octave of Michaelmas next to answer to Walden for what is owed to him by Auston and the other lieutenants and soldiers.
