Wynchecombe requests that whereas More was indicted and convicted of certain felonies, because of which the petitioner arrested More's goods and delivered them to the custody of Whittington, Daue, Whit and Betelee, but by virtue of a writ Brembre has taken the same into the king's hand, that the goods of More be delivered to the petitioner so that he more speedily can content the King for More's purparty of the farm of the city of London and other debts.
