Petition for satisfaction of a debt owed to the petitioner in the exchequer for the 800 quarters of corn that he obtained in France for the king's father and stolen from him by the Flemings at sea, for which the present king has already instructed that satisfaction be made; the petitioner requests that the chancellor, when apprised of the costs associated with the buying of the provisions, make letters of great seal in the appropriate amount.
