Note (Additional information about the record)
- Suggested on the guard as 1355 by reference to the coming of the Prince into Gascony, but it seems much more likely that this dates from some time between the appointment of Edward the Black Prince as Prince of Aquitaine in 1362 and the end of the reign of Edward III. See also SC 8/210/10451, which may have been submitted at the same time.
