- Suggested on the guard as dating from c. 1358, but the references to the activities of 'the Prince' in Gascony strongly suggest that this must date during or shortly after the period of the Black Prince's residence in the duchy of Aquitaine in the 1360s. See also SC 8/211/10506, which may have been submitted at the same time.
