Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated by reference to CCR 1333-7, p.726; this writ, however, merely orders the treasurer and barons of the exchequer to deal with the matter and, given the comments on the dorse of the petition that the matter has been disputed for some time and should now be brought into parliament, it is likely that 1336 is a terminus a quo rather than a secure date for the petition itself.
