- Copy of a final concord made at Westminster before Thurkelby between the abbot and Roger de Mowbray whereby Mowbray acknowledges the forest of Middlesmoor is the right of the abbot and his church as that which the abbot's predecessors had of gift of Mowbray's father. To hold with rights to assart and build, saving Mowbray's rights to hunt in the same.
