Copy of a plea held at Westminster before Bereford and his associates between Eleanor Mounpizoun and Robert and Margaret Walkefare whereby Mounpizoun claims dower of a third in land and rent at Great Ryburgh, and the Walkefares deny the claim stating that Mounpizoun had quitclaimed the same to them.[Quitclaim recited in full by which Mounpizoun quitclaims her rights in the land, but reserves her dower rights in the rent].Mounpizoun cannot deny this and it is agreed that Mounpizoun has seisin of the third part of the rent and the Walkefares are amerced, and the Walkefares are without a day for the residue, and Mounpizoun is amerced for her false claim.
