Nature of request
The Hemenhales request that the king view and hear the record of the assize which they sued before Miftord against Chambre and Pecche and others by the verdict of which it was found that Chambre and Pecche had without judgment disseised the Hemenhales of their manor of Poslingford, as judgment remains to be executed because Pecche is within age and in the keeping of the king.1)
Nature of endorsement
This record was viewed and heard and examined before the council and answered in the form which follows.2) The record and process is to sent to the justices assigned, and let it be ordered to them that, notwithstanding any order of the king made to them in this part, they proceed to judgment rendering according to the law and custom of the realm.3) The record and process should be brought before the council.
