Writ of Edward II to Careles and Hanbury assigning them to hold an inquisition by jury concerning tenements in Bradwell that Mere held of the earl of Lancaster, and that the earl entered after the death of Mere because of the minority of Sale the next heir, and these are now in the king's hand by the earl's forfeiture.
