Beggebury requests delivery of his lands which have resided in the king's hand since he was wrongly indicted of being an adherent of Badlesmere and imprisoned in Rochester Gaol. He has since been acquitted of that adherence.
Nature of endorsement
Let the record and process be viewed in Chancery, and if it is found that he was acquitted of the adherence and felony then he should have delivery of his lands if that is the reason for which they were taken into the king's hand.
