[Petition in 3 parts with a fourth part struck-through].1) Duran requests that the king's officers, the nobles and others of the seneschalcy be ordered to obey him as seneschal of Landes until he is placed in the office by the king. He states that he has served the king and his father in the Gascon wars and has been banished for a great time from the realm of France.2) He requests payment of the fee as it was paid in the time of Lestrange.3) He requests that the repeal of his banishment from the kingdom of France by the king of France sent into the king's receipt of his treasury be sent to him.1)

Let it be done.2) Let it be ordered to the constable to pay the ancient fee without any new increment.3) Let the treasury of the king be searched, and if the letter is found let it be delivered.
