Nature of request
Inquisition taken before Willoughby and Hanbury finding that Richard le Foun died seised of land in Yeaveley and that Richard his son is heir, and his custody pertains to Joan his mother. It is also found that Foun was taken at Bradbourn and led to Careswelle because he was the late earl of Lancaster's steward though he was not guilty of any rebellion of trespass and died. It is also found that his lands and chattels were seized by Beler.
