Wildegos requests remedy as the earl of Derby granted one of his ancestors, Robert Wildegos, the bailiwick of the hundred of Appletree and Sutton, which descended through his family until the petitioner was seised of it, he being disseised because of the forfeiture of Thomas of Lancaster.1)

He should show what he has of the gift, and let his estate and seisin be enquired of and the king certified of the cause of the taking and when, and let justice be done in Chancery.2) Coram rege, Herlaston.
