Nature of request
The petitioners state that Tuder ap Eyngnon ap Criadok, their uncle, whose heirs they are, died seised in his demesne as of fee of certain manors in Caernarfonshire. They request a writ to the Justice of Wales to inquire whether he died seised of these manors, whether he died within the peace cried in Wales, and whether they are his next heirs; and if this is found to be so, that they might have delivery of the manors.
Nature of endorsement
The Justice of North Wales is to be ordered to inquire diligently and to inform himself on the contents of this petition; and he is to inform the King of this in Chancery; and justice is to be done to him there.

Note
A related petition is dated to 1328 by Rot. Parl. vol.II p.13a (no. 1). This has slightly different petitioners - Blethyn, Griffith, and Angharad, daughter of Eyngnon ap Criadok. This petition might perhaps be a later one, and Jorweth and Hywel the sons of the now deceased Angharad?
