- Menaund de Toutoloet requests delivery of his chattels which are in the King's hand, which belonged to a Menaund de Toutoloet, the King's burgess of Bazas, his father, and were taken into the King's hand by the Bailiffs of Bristol, because Menaund wounded a man, and afterwards surrendered to the King and made satisfaction to the King and the wounded man for this trespass. He therefore asks for them to be returned, as he is ready to aver that they belong to his father and not to him.
