John Bygod states that while he was on the King's service in Wales his rabbit warren was destroyed. An oyer et terminer was granted to John de Vaus and Roger Luveday, and Imanye de Thvait and William his son were convicted and imprisoned; but they were later released without making satisfaction to the King or to John. He requests a remedy.

CPR 1281-92 p.96 is dated 18 May 1283, and is clearly the oyer et terminer mentioned by this petition, which would seem to date from shortly afterwards.
