- Joan de Seint Walery makes two requests:1) She requests a writ of the great seal to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to do full justice to her according to the form of the enrolment made in the Exchequer by the recognisance of William de Breybuef.2) She requests a writ of the Exchequer to the Sheriff of Wiltshire to have the arrears of this recognisance levied against William de Breybuef, as she learns that he is Sheriff of Hampshire and has no lands outside that county, and if the writ comes to him he will do nothing about it.
