Short title: Herbert v Mildred.

Document type: Two bills and answer.

Plaintiffs: John Owen Herbert.

Defendants: Thomas Daniel Mildred (amended to Daniel Mildred), Sir Walter Stirling and Hannah Diana Roberts (amended to Anna Diana Roberts).

amended by an order dated 20 November 1824: Alexander Raby added as defendant.

revived Trinity 1824 and revived Trinity 1826, plaintiffs name Edwards.
