Plaintiffs: Charles Hughes Hallett and others.

Defendant: Sarah Elwes (senior), John Payne Elwes Elwes, Richard Payne Elwes, Frederick Elwes, Frances Elwes, Mary Hughes Elwes, Emily Elwes, Sarah Elwes (junior), William Elwes, Francis Henry Elwes, Mary Southgate, Sir John William Lubbock and Peter Firmin.

Amended by an order dated 3 February 1826: Edward Dover and wife added as defendants: Mary southgate removed as defendant.

Amended by an order dated 29 July 1826: John Elton Harvey Elwes added as defendant.
