Plaintiffs: [Henry Beeke] Dean and Chapter of Bristol.

Defendants: Jeremiah Batten and John Wait.

Amended by an order dated 2 March 1822: Thomas Woodman, Clarles Little and John Cleaveland added as defendants.

Supplementary bill Trinity 1822 and revived and supplementary bill Hilary 1825.
