Defendants: Mary Reed, John Reed, Thomas Gartside and wife, Jane Reed, Elizabeth Reed, William Reed, Davis Hewson Reed (abroad), Thomas Reed (abroad), Ann Reed (abroad), Isabella Mary Reed (abroad), Robert Pemberton (abroad) and John Davidson (abroad).

amended by an order dated 23 November 1816: Henry Dale and wife added as defendants; Jane Reed removed as defendant.
