Plaintiffs: George Sydenham Fursdon.

Defendants: Lewis Dymock, Grosvenor George Ley Tregonwell, Humphrey Pyke (amended to John Pyke), Elizabeth Leigh, James Hartley, George Ley, Thomas Harcourt Powell and Powell Edwards.

amended by an order dated 15 January 1813: Timothy Clogg, John Peak, John Charley, William Tamlyn, Thomas Boon, William Richards, William Windsor, Richard Richards and Eliza Richards added as defendants; Lewis Dymock, Grosvenor George Ley Tregonwell and George Ley removed as defendants.

amended by an order dated 23 May 1814: Thomas Boon removed as defendant.
