Plaintiffs: John Tharp and others.

Defendants: John Tharp infant, Simon Taylor, William Miles, Philip John Miles, Sir Gilbert Affleck, Sir Simon Houghton Clarke, William Green, George Hibbert, John Richard Dashwood, Charles Oswin, Joseph Sidney Tharpe and John Tharp.

amended by an order dated 9 March 1805: Ann Tharp, widow, John Partridge Tharp, John Tharp, William Tharp, Richard Burton Burton Philipson and wife, John Tharp Burton Philipson, Richard Burton Burton Philipson, Charles Burton Philipson, Lady Susanna Drew and Charlotte Stewart Tharp added as defendants; Simon Taylor, William Miles, William Green, Joseph Sidney Tharp and John Tharp removed as defendants.

amended by an order dated 28 June 1805: Reuben Campbell, Robert Hayward and Mary Hyde Hayward his wife added as defendants.
