Plaintiffs: Jeremiah Pledger.

Defendants: Edmund Cotterell Parsons, Alexander Thomas Piper and wife, Mary Sophia Parsons (amended to Maria Sophia Ransom), George Bristow Parsons and Robert Henry Parsons.

amended by an order dated 10 November 1809: wife of Thomas Piper removed as defendant.
