Plaintiffs: George Palmer and others.

Defendants: Daniel Bate, William Squire, William Morley, Edward Hare, Charles Berkeley, John Burchen and Thomas Wright Vaughan (abroad).

amended by an order dated 17 September 1813: Ann Bate, William Bate and Anthony Barto Valle added as defendants; Daniel Bate removed as defendant.

amended by an order dated 11 March 1817: Richard Loundes and Robert Langley appleyard added as defendants.

revived Michaelmas 1818.
