Defendants: Elizabeth Thomas (answered as William Ambrose and Elizabeth Ambrose his wife).

amended by an order dated 14 March 1811: William Gadd and wife added as defendants.

revived Trinity 1816, plaintiffs name Gadd with Mr Utterson (Reynardson division)
